Our beautiful four bedroom, three bathroom home with heated pool and spa has been built to the highest specification and is situated in the quiet residential community of Bridgewater Crossing. The house is very spacious with over 1,800 sq.ft of living space that has been fully equipped for disabled persons (wheelchair access, shower facilities etc). The garden is secluded for privacy and behind the fence is a beautiful lake. Our home has been tastefully furnished with sofas and a TV and DVD player and has everything to make your holiday complete. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a queen size bed in the second bedroom and the third and fourth bedrooms have two twin beds in each room, all rooms with the exception of one have their own bathrooms and TV's in every room, all rooms have ample storage.

The rear of the house has a lanai area and the pool has night time lighting. All linens are provided and there is also a travel cot, highchair and a stroller that is available for use, there are plenty of games – air hockey table, pool table, board games, DVD’s & videos.

The property offers its own heated swimming pool (heated upon advanced request and at an additional cost) with jacuzzi, ideal when returning from that long, busy day at the local attractions, shopping at the nearby Designer Factory Outlets or after a round or two on one of the most outstanding nearby golf courses (Champions Gates, Southern Dunes).

Bridgewater Crossing is a landscaped community, ideally situated just ten minutes drive from Disney World. The community is quiet and very pretty with many natural lakes. The facilities within the community include, tennis courts, volleyball court, large swimming pool, picnic barbecue areas and children's play area. All within walking distance of the house. Champions Gate Golf Course is just a couple of minutes drive from the community and shopping is also very close at Champions Gate Shopping Centre. 24 hour shopping and restaurants on the 192 are seven minutes drive.  Just a few minutes by car you will find a convenience store, pizza shop, fish and chip shop, English newspapers and the local video shop.
